4.Applicants must apply online and print out the application form to submit to the College of Design office by 4:00 PM on 6/17 (Tuesday) for the application to be considered complete.

(1)These programs are only available for undergraduate students. For detailed regulations, please refer to: https://www.academic.ntust.edu.tw/p/412-1048-8239.php?Lang=zh-tw
(2)After completing the required credits, you must actively apply for a "Certificate of Completion" no later than your "graduating semester" (application period: from the start to the end date of the "second withdrawal" period according to the academic calendar each semester). If you have completed or are expected to complete all required courses in your graduating semester (even if you are still taking one course that semester), you must apply for the certificate within this deadline.
(3)Unless otherwise specified by your major department, courses with the same name and credits can be counted toward both graduation credits and the credit program credits.
(4)After applying for the program, if you do not complete the required credits by graduation, there is no need to formally withdraw from the program; however, if you did not apply through the official process, even if you complete the required credits by graduation, the certificate of completion cannot be issued.
